An Unfortunate Encounter
An Unfortunate Encounter with Worrisome Birdies
The Woman filled her tub to relax
And escape her former worries
But to her misfortune,
She left the door open.
And in flew the worrisome birdies.
They pecked at her ears
They flew by her nose.
And the relaxing bath time
Came quickly to close.
The Woman snatched at the birds
And grabbed hold of her head.
And she plunged herself under the water.
Bringing the much sought-after closure
To her worrisome birdies,
And making herself a martyr.
